Logarajah Thambyrajah (nickname “Logga” in short), that’s me. I am a sales and marketing professional. Currently, I am the Principal Consultant at Kognifi, a digital marketing agency in Kuala Lumpur.
Kognifi Sdn Bhd is the successor company to TR Logga. TR Logga was my first company. It explored digital marketing opportunities and was the platform for my project management consulting work. Kognifi was established in 2017 to develop opportunities in online leads generation, digital marketing strategy, consulting and training.
I started doing sales in 1991. Marketing since 1994 and Management since 2001. I have done sales in Malaysia. With sales engagements with local sales teams in the Asia-Pacific region.
I was the subject matter expert for selected products. And did seminars, workshops, and talks in the region to surgeons, doctors, and other healthcare professionals. And in Dell, did field visits to IT Managers. And did product launches to journalists.
All the while supporting the various country sales teams. Training the country sales teams how to position and sell the products. Supporting with promotions, campaigns and sales collateral. And with lectures, workshops and field visits to customers.
An interesting time managing outsourcing master supply agreements with key accounts in Flextronics followed. Engaging with five plants across Malaysia and Singapore. This was very much project and customer service orientated. And the lessons learned came in very handy in the telco projects I managed later on for Baycom with Celcom.
Digital marketing is an exciting area for a sales and marketing person. This arena expands the sales funnel to get qualified leads and faster to negotiations. And challenges marketing to plan out continuously better strategies and tactics to target their audiences.
